Our Mission
Discovering new worlds one book at a time…
One of the benefits of reading is that you get to travel without moving your feet. A great work of fiction introduces you to a character that you can identify with, even if the character’s role, place in time, and geographic space are vastly different from your own. It is by the brilliance of author imagination that readers are transported into new worlds.
Our goal is to bring you buckle up adventures that whisk you away from the grind of the day and send you delightfully reeling along the path of an alternate reality. Genre? Your choice. Time spent? Perhaps your book trip only lasts a few hours, but be comforted. As soon as you close the pages of your latest read, another book awaits your discovery. Authors across the world are continually conjuring up new stories under their domes, and there’s an endless line of them waiting to be published.
Our hope is you’ll discover a few new ones through us.
Bon voyage! Off you go.
Ann McFarland
It is without surprise that the leader of the expedition, Realm Trek Press, has also been a lifelong voyager in the lands of books.
From her toddler days perched near her professor father’s study table, through her elementary years loaded down with the maximum allowed books from her town library every fourteen days, and on through her college dorm days where she preferred to read above any other extracurricular activity, Ann McFarland is an avid lover of all things story.
When she travels, Ann measures the miles in two-hour increments, the usual time she takes to devour a new novel. Thanks to technology and electronic readers, she can carry a whole library in her purse but without shoulder pain.
Reader, writer, and now publisher, Ann’s birth of the vision that is Realm Trek Press is the most logical extension of her continued passion for books and reading.
In accepting this new creative challenge centered on publishing stories, Ann hopes to support other authors to ensure that new book worlds continue to abound.
